The location is mind-blowing, right on the lagoon with direct access to the water and jaw-dropping views. It's also conveniently close to town. The staff were super helpful, and we even enjoyed the company of a lovely cat. The availability of kayaks added to the overall amazing experience. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to assist us.

We had a fantastic time at this charming waterfront hotel! Our stay was for three nights and it was the perfect quiet getaway. The lagoon views from our room were breathtaking and falling asleep to the sound of the water was so peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the activities available. The common kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to make tea and use the microwave. We had a lovely family-oriented stay at Seven Blue House. The sea view from our room was unbelievable, with a stunning view of the Bacalar laguna. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The small pier at the lakefront was a great spot to relax or go for a swim. The hotel provided life jackets and even offered a tour. The breakfast of eggs and beans was delicious. a perfect stay with a familiar feel and plenty of nice spots around the house to chill.

We got great value for our money with a room that had a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about activities in the area. The location was perfect, right on the lake, and we had a fantastic time swimming and relaxing on the dock in the hammocks.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if they offered a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this amazing property right on the water. The house's location makes you feel like you're in a giant boat with huge windows, and falling asleep to the sound of the water lapping on the walls was so peaceful. The private and quiet atmosphere, combined with complimentary use of kayaks, allowed us to explore the lagoon and truly relax. The family who runs the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. Additionally, our spacious room with a kitchen, sitting area, and a hot tub with a view of the lake was the perfect accommodation for our small group. The daily staff members were friendly and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location was perfect, right on the water with a stunning view. The dock and sitting area provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and toast in the morning.
The lack of nearby restaurants, requiring a taxi to go into town for meals. Another disappointment was not being able to use the outdoor kitchen, which would have been convenient.
